Preparation steps

1.

Rinse basil leaves and shake dry. Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet.

2.

Crush pine nuts, salt, basil leaves and peeled garlic in a mortar (or puree in a blender).

Add Parmesan, mix, gradually add oil while stirring constantly and season with salt and pepper.
