30 grams butter
8 slices Bacon
150 grams Plum
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 slices mild Cheese (such as Gouda)
1 Tbsp flaxseed
Cress (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Spread the butter over the bread slices. Fry the bacon in a nonstick pan. Rinse, pit and quarter the plums. Sauté in hot butter for 1-2 minutes, remove from the heat and swirl in the honey and lemon juice.

2.

Arrange the bacon and plums over the bread slices, add the cheese on top and sprinkle with flax seeds. Garnish with watercress.
