- 6 cups cherry Tomatoes (rinsed and halved)
- Sea salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup fresh, baby Mozzarella (drained)
- 1 cup fresh, baby Basil (rinsed)
Preparation steps

In a medium bowl, toss tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Set it aside and let stand for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar and oil together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Add the baby mozzarella and the basil to the tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine. Serve.
