1 Tbsp Buttermilk
1 stalk Celery
1 small Apple

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the curry powder with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Mix with cream cheese and stir until creamy.

Rinse the celery and remove strings if desired. Finely dice celery and chop celery leaves. Set aside 1 tablespoon of celery.

3.

Rinse apple, wipe dry, quarter and remove the core. Finely dice apple.

4.

Mix the curry cream cheese with the apple, diced celery and celery leaves. If the dip is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and stir until creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread on bread or crackers and garnish with remaining chopped celery.
