4 ozs Blueberries
1 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa content)
3 Tbsps Brazil nut (or other nut of choice)
2 tsps flaxseed oil

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Stir the yogurt until smooth and distribute into two bowls. Clean, wash and chop the strawberries. Wash and dab the blueberries.

2.

Coarsely chop dark chocolate and Brazil nuts. Add berries to the yogurt. Sprinkle with chocolate and nuts and sprinkle with flaxseed oil.
