200 grams Yogurt (low-fat)

1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Hard-boil the eggs 8 minutes, rinse with cold water, peel and chop.

Drain gherkins and finely chop.

Peel the shallots and finely chop. Peel the apple, quarter and remove the cores. Finely grate the apple quarters.
