1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
16 ozs lean Ground turkey
1 pkg chili spice mixture
2 cups canned navy bean (drained)
2 cups canned chickpeas (drained)
1 ¼ cups whole Corn kernel
1 cup water
½ cup diced Tomatoes
½ Tbsp Tomato paste

Preparation steps

In a Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook for about 5 minutes, until soft and translucent. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 45 seconds. Add the turkey and continue cooking it over medium heat, stirring and breaking up any lumps, for 10 minutes, or until browned.

Add both cans of beans, corn, water, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer until flavors blend, 1 hour. If desired, top with shredded cheese and tortilla strips; and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
