3 cups Watermelon (seeds removed and cubed)

Preparation steps

1.
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat source and chill.

Puree the watermelon in a blender or food processor. Stir in the chilled syrup.
3.
Pour the mixture into the freezer bowl of an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's instructions for sorbet. Serve.
