Preparation steps

1.

Blanche, peel and remove pits from the peaches, and cut into cubes. Puree with lemon juice and peach liqueur.

2.

Combine the yogurt with the vanilla and honey until smooth. Pour into glasses and then arrange the peach puree evenly on top.

3.

Garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
