800 grams mixed red Berry (wild strawberries, raspberries currants)
1 Kiwi
1 pc Mangoes
1 Star fruit
1 packet red Pie glaze
150 grams slivered almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Prepare the pudding with the milk, according to the package instructions. Rinse the berries and pat dry. Spread the cooled pudding on the crust. Spread the berries on top.

Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions. Spread the glaze over the berries. Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan. Press the almonds along the tart edge.

3.

Garnish the cake with kiwi slices, passion fruit slices and mango pieces. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
