2 Tbsps Mango chutney
½ tsp Curry powder
½ cup Arugula (washed and torn into bite-size pieces)
4 slices sandwich whole grain bread
4 ozs deli Turkey (sliced)
1 Granny Smith Apple (washed and thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and arugula.

Spread mixture on bread slices and top two of the slices with turkey and apple slices.
