Preparation steps

Heat the grill on the highest setting.

Flake the tuna into a bowl and mix with the spring onions and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Toast the bread under the grill until browned on both sides.

Spread the tuna mixture on top and scatter over the cheese. Grill until the cheese is bubbling.
