16 Cherries

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the rolls in half and spread the cut surfaces with olive oil. Cut the cheese into 8 thin slices. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and top with the cheese. Coarsely chop the almonds and walnuts. Rinse and pit the cherries.

Distribute the nuts and cherries on the buns and spread the pesto over top. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve garnished with hot sprouts.
