1 sweet Apple
1 Tbsp Yogurt (low-fat)
½ small Lime

Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mandarin orange, separate the segments and cut into small pieces.

2.

Rinse apple, quarter, core and dice finely.

3.

Mix the mandarin orange and apple in a small bowl with the yogurt.

4.

Squeeze juice from lime half and stir juice into the yogurt mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into rings.

6.

Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan until light brown, stirring frequently.

7.

Rinse radicchio leaves, shake dry and fill with fruit-yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with chives and sunflower seeds and serve.
