2 Tbsps Vanilla
14 ozs Strawberries
3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 handfuls Ice cubes

Preparation steps

Rinse the mint and remove the leaves. Add the tea bags, half of the mint, and the cinnamon to a pot. Pour 1 l (approximately 1 quart) of boiling water over the top, and stir in the vanilla sugar. Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Rinse, trim, and halve the strawberries. Pass the tea through a fine strainer. Add the strawberries, lemon juice, and ice cubes. Garnish with the remaining mint, and serve cold.
