Preparation steps

Rinse tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Peel onion and garlic. Thinly slice a few onion rings for a garnish and set aside. Roughly chop the remaining the onion along with the garlic.

Peel and coarsely chop horseradish.

Using an electric juicer, juice tomatoes, horseradish, onion and garlic. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in juice. Serve immediately, garnished with reserved onion rings.
