- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- ½ bunch cilantro (fresh, chopped)
- ½ bunch Arugula (chopped)
- 3 scallions (coarsely chopped)
- 6 Tbsps Pine nuts
- ½ tsp black peppers
- 2 green chili peppers (seeded, coarsely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 2 ozs Parmesan (freshly grated)
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
Preparation steps
1.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Serve with freshly grilled bread if desired. Best if used on the same day it was prepared. Stir well before serving.
