8 ozs Cashews
3 Tbsps liquid Coconut oil
3 Tbsps coconut sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the spices together. Put almonds, cashews, coconut oil, sugar and spice mixture in a bowl and mix well.

2.

Place the nuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400 °F for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Added idea: Pour 2 ounces into a glass jar and wrap as a gift.
