Preparation steps

1.
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Add a pinch of salt.
2.
Using the flat side of a knife, crush the garlic into a paste.
3.
Mix the garlic paste into the sour cream. Stir until smooth.
4.
Season to taste with salt and the pepper.
5.
Fill small bowls with the sour cream. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle a little oil over the top.
6.
Garnish with chives and serve.
