2 Kohlrabi
400 grams waxy potatoes
400 grams Savoy cabbage
600 grams Smoked pork chop (boneless)

Preparation steps

1.

Bring broth to a boil. Peel onions, carrots, kohlrabi and potatoes. Cut all vegetables into cubes.  

2.

Add vegetables to the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan, simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Place stew into bowls and serve.
