2 egg whites
1 tsp Almond extract
1 cup Almond flour
½ cup light brown sugar
show all ingredients

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Whisk in the almond extract.
3.
Gently stir in the almonds and sugar until combined.
4.
Place 9 spoonfuls on the baking tray, well apart and flatten slightly.
5.
Bake for 15 minutes, until risen and golden. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
