2 Tbsps elderflower syrup
1 Orange (juiced)
1 generous pinch mustard powder
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
80 milliliters Canola oil
salt
peppers
300 grams mixed Lettuce (such as Oakleaf red and green, arugula, sorrel)
200 grams shrimp (kitchen ready, cooked and peeled)
Elderflower (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

For the dressing, mix the syrup with the orange juice, the mustard powder and vinegar. Stir in the oil until a creamy sauce has arisen and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Arrange with the shrimp in deep bowls and drizzle with the dressing.

3.

Serve garnished with elderflowers.
