5 Tbsps plain Yogurt
2 Tbsps Cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp peppers
1 small Red cabbage (shredded)
1 Red onion (very thinly sliced)
2 carrots (grated)
1 cilantro
2 Tbsps Macadamia Nuts (roughly chopped)

Preparation steps

Whisk together the mayonnaise, yoghurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed.

Add the vegetables, coriander and nuts and toss until well mixed.

Leave to stand at room temperature, tossing occasionally, for 30 minutes before serving.
