- 1 handful mixed Fresh herbs (such as thyme, basil, oregano)
- 1 garlic clove
- 75 grams Sesame paste (Tahini)
- 60 milliliters cold Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- white peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the herbs. Remove the leaves and chop. Peel the garlic and pass through a press into the sesame paste. Mix in the vegetable broth, lemon juice, and the herbs. Stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve.
