1 Tbsp scallions

2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad: cut sausage into thin slices.

2.

Peel onion and cut into thin rings.

3.

Peel radish and cut into fine strips.

4.

For the dressing: whisk vinegar with oil, season with salt, sugar and pepper. Combine salad ingredients and toss with the dressing.

5.

Sprinkle with chives and serve with pretzels, if desired.
