Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry the apricots. Halve them and remove the seeds. Rinse and dry the rosemary. Remove the leaves from the lower half of the branches. Skewer 6 apricot halves on each piece of rosemary.

Melt the butter in a pan. Sauté the skewers on all sides for 10 minutes total. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the sugar over the skewers. Caramelize lightly, remove from the pan, and serve.
