Preparation steps

1.

Rinse roast beef under cold water, pat dry, cut rind and cut into small pieces.

Rub on all sides with salt and pepper.

Add garlic and herbs. Place roasting pan in preheated oven and roast at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
