Preparation steps

Rinse the rice in a colander and let simmer with twice the amount of salt water for about 20 minutes.

Rinse the broccoli and drain. Peel the carrots and finely grate. Place carrots and broccoli in the boiling broth and cook for about 6-8 minutes until soft. Then crush with the potato masher and stir in the rice. Season and serve with lemon juice and a little salt.
