- 3 garlic cloves
- 150 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 200 grams carrots
- 150 grams Snow peas
- ½ bunch scallions
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 small red chili peppers
- 1 small soybean sprout
- 800 grams cooked Rice
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar

Preparation steps

Peel garlic and chop finely. Trim mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel carrots and cut into thin sticks. Rinse and trim snow peas. Rinse scallions, trim and cut the white and light green portions into about 8 cm (approximately 3-inch) long pieces.

Rinse chile peppers, trim and cut into rings. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan, and garlic and prepared vegetables and sauté for about 3 minutes while stirring. Add rice, sprouts and chile peppers and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Serve immediately.
