Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the mixed herbs, pat dry, and remove the leaves. Finely chop and mix with the mayonnaise in a bowl. Chop the capers, and finely dice the pickles. Finely chop the anchovies. Mix the anchovies, capers, and pickles into the mayonnaise. Season to taste with mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well.

Adjust the seasoning, if necessary, and serve.
