250 g raspberries, strawberries and red Currants
500 milliliters red Currant juice
50 grams sugar
2 packets Vanilla sugar
2 Tbsps cornstarch
100 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the fruit from their stems. Rinse all the fruit and chop. Cook the berries with the currant juice in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer for about 15 minutes.

2.

Press through a fine sieve into a new pot. Add in the sugar and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Stir the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Sitr into the fruit. Bring to a boil while stirring and let then remove from heat and let cool.

3.

Beat the cream until stiff and serve with the red fruit jelly.
