Preparation steps

1.

Wipe the raspberries and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. 

2.

Peel and quarter the pear. Remove the core and coarsely chop the quarters. Puree the raspberries, apple juice, pears, and pomegranate juice in a blender. 

3.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, fill with the mineral water, and serve.
