4 slices ham
80 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler, Gruyere, Gouda)

1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps

Scrub the potatoes and cook in a steamer for about 30 minutes. Then cut in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cut ham into strips and spread over the potatoes. Season with pepper and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden brown in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F), 25-30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley. If desired, serve with a green salad.
