2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and boil in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender. Sauté the chorizo for 2-3 minutes in hot oil.

Drain the potatoes, halve lengthwise and fry for 2-3 minutes with the chorizo. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
