4 scallions
100 grams Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 Tbsp White vinegar
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes. Peel and cool, slice. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. 

2.

Add scallions to potatoes and mix well. Whisk mayonnaise with sour cream, vinegar and 1-2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle over salad and serve garnished with parsley.
