Cream cheese and turkey breast provide valuable protein and calcium to this pizza. This dish becomes even healthier if you use whole-wheat flour for the pizza dough (then add 1-2 teaspoons of water in addition to the dough).

2 ozs Pastry flour (1050 type)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch Baking powder
1 pc Zucchini (1 oz)
1 slice raw Turkey ham

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse arugula, shake dry, remove coarse stems and finely chop the leaves.

2.

Add cream cheese, milk, and canola oil to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of arugula and mix together. Remove and set aside 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

3.

Mix the flour in a bowl with salt and baking powder. Add to bowl with cream cheese mixture and knead with dough hook of a mixer to form an elastic dough.

4.

Rinse zucchini, trim and finely grate with the peel. Add to the dough. Roll dough into a ball, then roll out with a rolling pin into a round pizza.

5.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then place pizza crust on sheet and bake in preheated oven at 425°F/convection 400°F for about 15 minutes.

6.

Meanwhile, cut the turkey ham in squares or strips. Take pizza crust from the oven and brush with the reserved cream cheese mixture. Top with ham pieces and sprinkle with the arugula.
