Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and beets. Steaming for about 30 minutes until soft.

Heat the milk with the butter. Add the cooked potatoes and beets. Peel and press through a potato ricer directly into the milk and butter. Season with salt, nutmeg, lots of pepper, cinnamon, and cardamom. Serve warm.
