Pineapple Raspberry Popsicles

Unfortunately, not everyone can tolerate fresh pineapple - for some, eating the exotic fruit can cause unpleasant stomach aches. If that's the case for you, you can replace the pineapple with mango.

- 2 ¾ cups fresh Pineapple
- 0.6666 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 1 Lime (Juice)
Preparation steps
Cut the fresh pineapple into pieces.
Mix coconut milk with honey. Place the pineapple together with the coconut milk and lime juice in a blender and puree finely.
Pour the mixture into ice pop trays, and add 4-5 raspberries each and let it freeze for about 1 hour. Then insert wooden sticks and let it freeze for another 3 hours.
