Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Peel kiwis and cut into cubes.

2.

Rinse pears and pat dry. Quarter pears, core and cut into small dice. 

3.

Rinse lime and wipe dry. Using a julienne zester, zest peel into thin strips.  

4.

Squeeze lime. In a blender, puree kiwis, pears and ice cubes until smooth. Pour into glasses and stir in lime juice. Garnish with lime zest and serve immediately.
