250 grams Broccoli

150 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Dill
1 Tbsp scallions
1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar)
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps Canola oil
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps Pumpkin seed (roasted and salted)

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, rinse and drain well.

Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water until al dente, 4-5 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain well. Rinse the cucumber, trim and cut or peel into thin slices. Cut the salmon into small pieces or strips.

3.

For the dressing, mix yogurt with herbs, horseradish, vinegar, lemon juice and oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add a little water if necessary.

4.

Mix pasta with cucumber and salmon in a salad bowl. Drizzle the dressing over salad and arrange the broccoli florets on top. Serve sprinkled with the pumpkin seeds.
