1 sprig mint

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the papaya and scrape out the seeds with s poon. Cut into quarters, then cut one of the quarters into slices. Drizzle the papaya slices with 1 teaspoon of the lime juice.

Puree the remaining papaya with the lime juice, then add to a glass.

3.

Cut the pineapple slices into pieces, then add to the glass. Fill with mineral water and ice cubes. Garnish with the papaya slices and mint leaves, and serve.
