35 ozs unwaxed Oranges (quartered and chopped)
4 ½ cups Pectin

Preparation steps

1.
Place the oranges in 400 ml water and bring to the boil. Simmer for around 15 min, stirring occasionally.
2.
Add the sugar and boil again for another 5 min. Puree roughly with a hand blender and transfer to jars. Close tightly and leave to cool.
