Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cabbage and cut into strips. Rinse the snow peas and drain. Peel carrots and slice lengthwise into thin slices (or shave with a vegetable peeler).

Combine the cabbage, snow peas and carrots. Mix in the vinegar and oils and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve sprinkled with nuts.
