2 stalks thyme
1 tsp coarse ground Mustard
1 tsp medium-hot Mustard
Sea salt
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Beat the butter with an electric mixer for 5 minutes, until creamy. Rinse and dry the thyme. Remove the leaves and finely chop. Mix both varieties of mustard and thyme into the butter. Mix until combined, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the butter in a bowl, and cover with parchment paper.
