- 4 small balls Mozzarella
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 slices Bacon
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps green Pumpkin seed
- 1 Tbsp light balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- some Lettuce
Preparation steps
1.
Cover each mozzarella ball with rosemary and wrap with bacon. Place in an ovenproof dish.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Chop the pumpkin seeds. Mix both with the vinegar and the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
