1.
For the turkey, rice, carrot and broccoli:
2.
Combine the turkey, broccoli, and potato in a saucepan and add enough water to just cover. Cook over a moderate heat until boiling and then cover and reduce to a gentle simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Add the cooked rice and carrot and mash well with a potato masher. Serve lukewarm or chill until needed.
3.
For the chicken and veg curry:
4.
Combine the chicken, potato, curry paste, and butter in a saucepan. Add enough water to cover and cook over a moderate heat until boiling. Reduce to a gentle simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes until the potato is tender. Add the baby spinach, cook until wilted, and then mash with a potato masher. Serve lukewarm or chill until needed.
5.
For the salmon and broccoli pasta:
6.
Combine the orzo and olive oil in a saucepan and add enough water to cover. Cook over a moderate heat until boiling and then reduce to a simmer and cook until tender, 7 - 8 minutes. Drain and put to one side. Put the salmon and broccoli into a pan with enough water to cover. Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer for 8 - 10 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Remove from the heat, drain and mash well. Add the rice, mash again briefly to incorporate. Serve lukewarm or chill until needed.
