5 ozs Apple juice
1 handful mint
blue Food coloring (Optional)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the lime juice, sugar, apple juice, and 1-1/4 cup of water, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Add the mint and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let cool. Then strain through a fine sieve and color with food coloring if desired.

Release from the molds and serve.
