Preparation steps

1.

Cut the avocado in half, detach the pit and spoon the pulp out from the cups. Rinse the lemon balm, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems.

2.

Puree the avocado, lemon and pear juice, lemon balm and borage oil in a blender. Dilute with ice-cold water up to drinking strength.
