Preparation steps

Rinse the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thick slices. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut in half. Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Cut the fennel into wedges and separate the layers.

Slide the zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes and fennel pieces alternately onto wooden or metal skewers. Brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Cook on a preheated grill for about 10 minutes, turning often. Serve hot.
