250 grams cooked Lobster meat (trimmed)
150 grams ham
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cut out the stalk of the pineapple, cut off the peel and quarter lengthwise. Cut the flesh into pieces. Cut the lobster meat into thick slices, about 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch). Cut the ham thinly and remove any fat.

Put the pineapple chunks, lobster slices and folded ham onto skewers. Brush with the honey, lemon juice and salt. Cook on the hot grill while turning for 5-8 minutes.
